Back when I was researching one ballot initiative or another I learned that that Planned Parenthood only spends something like 6% of it's budget on abortions. The majority of Planned Parenthood spending goes towards general womens' health. I wish they did a better job of getting this fact to the public.
Anyway, I got pointed to a great blog post via feministing today that I thought I'd share.
Planned Parenthood does indeed rock. That, and without it, there would be more abortions, and probably not safe ones.
